Hey! Super cool extension! I was wondering if you could add Arabic as a language? Would be super helpful. Not sure about which dictionaries to add though. Please let me know if I can be of help.

Hello, thanks for this amazing extension.
I'm learning chinese and I don't know if it would be possible to add CC-CEDICT to the dictionaries database ?
The site is https://www.mdbg.net/chinese/dictionary?page=cedict
There are also a zip and text file URL on the page that link to the dictionary database which are https://www.mdbg.net/chinese/export/cedict/cedict_1_0_ts_utf-8_mdbg.zip
https://www.mdbg.net/chinese/export/cedict/cedict_1_0_ts_utf-8_mdbg.txt.gz
I don't know which link of those 3 is needed though and if it would be possible to add it. -
I have added here: https://pnlpal.dev/topic/614/cc-cedict
Does it help you?
-
Yes, thanks you !

Hi, I would like to make a request!
Overall, all the dictionaries are good, but if you can implement more thesauruses and more websites it would be absolutely amazing. I know that we have Merriam-Webster, but I believe there are more options to choose from. :$
Here is the list:
https://www.thesaurus.com/ - Amazing website where you can even compare words to get an accurate word choice
https://www.powerthesaurus.org/ -Can generate an image of the top 5 words related to the word you searched. very cool feature
https://english.dict.naver.com/english-dictionary/#/main - Naver in ENG - ENG. I use the Korean version that you made, but I would appreciate if you could add the ENG - ENG version because it include basicaly everything and is usefull too. Actually one of my favorites, I love it
Last but not least, I'm wondering if you could add Word-Reference synonyms ENG - ENG monolingual ver
https://synonyms.reverso.net/synonym/en/ - sort of a thesaurus, but is more complete. Reverso synonyms can search synonyms, antomyms, and examples, reverso can even separate queries depending on the role of the word in part of speech.
I hope all these websites get implemented soon!
Keep it rolling, peace out! -
I tried adding this myself but I got an unspecified error message. This is the Spanish Wiktionary to search for Spanish lemmas.
{ "dictName": "Wiktionary (es)", "windowUrl": "https://es.m.wiktionary.org/wiki/<word>#Español", "windowUrlMatch": "wiki/([^&]+)", "resources": { "styles": ["wiktionary.less"] } }

Can you explain the first way in detail? I try but I cant find where should I add the code? please explain it step by step, so that someone like me that does not have any information about coding, be able to understand it.
I dont know what do you mean by "Settings page" , do you mean setting page of google chrome or setting page of this current page? -
@river Can't find a search url in the site:

@Akbar-Zahiri
A lot of good works that you have done.
Yeah, it's very valuable to talk about job seeking skills. I also had urges to share those too. Interesting to see you are following the tech trend using ChatGPT to enhance those skills!
Keep on the good flow!
